Do you offer any refunds if I'm not satisfied with your package?
Unfortunately, apart from the charge-back options that our payment providers supply, we do not offer any refund here. As we propose quite reasonably priced packages already (US $2 for 72 hours), and because refunds can have an overall negative impact with regards to the efforts needed to organize them, we believe that you have already all the cards in your hands and that you should try us first with a small package, and then decide to upgrade or to extend to a longer period as you progressively get satisfied by our service. Refunds exist only for commercial purposes and a good service should adapt itself to never have to be in a situation where a refund is needed. That's the way we think.
