PPTP (VPN) for Windows 10
First of all, right click on the "Network Access" tray icon and click on "Open Network and Sharing Center".
Then select "Set up a new connection or netwrork".
After that, select "Connect to a workplace" and proceed to next step.
Select that you would like to "Use my Internet connection (VPN)".
Enter the proxy.sh PPTP IP given in your welcome email or panel's product details and give it a descrtion name such as "proxy.sh Country Name" (e.g. proxy.sh "Ukraine"). Click "Create" to confirm the connection setup.
Then, right click on the VPN connection name and select "View connection properties".
Go to the "Security" tab and select "Point to Point Tunneling Protocol (PPTP)" as the type of VPN. Make sure you select "Allow these protocols" and that you check "Microsoft CHAP Version 2 (MS-CHAP v2)" as authentication option.
Proceed to the "Networking" tab and make sure to uncheck "Internet Protocol Version 6 (TCP/IPv6)" and "File and Printer Sharing for Microsoft Networks". Click "OK" to confirm everything.
In the Networks list, you can now click "Connect" on the proxy.sh VPN connection.
Enter your VPN username and password given in your welcome email or in your panel's product details.
Wait a bit and the proxy.sh VPN connection should appear as connected.

If you still cannot connect successfully, please open a support ticket and include either a copy of your logs or a screenshot of your configuration and encountered errors. Logs can usually be found in software menus or settings, as well as their directories of installation (.log or .txt files). If you do not include a log or a screenshot, it will be hard for us to help you resolve the issues you have with connecting to our network.
