I cannot successfully authentificate myself in Safejumper. Can you help me?

Safejumper is a custom client for OpenVPN that we have developed to ease the process of setting up a connection to our OpenVPN tunnels. It is made with love in Delphi and comes with state-of-the-art control of OpenVPN libraries.

Nevertheless, because we have made security very high with Safejumper, it is using a complex variation of sockets and this leads some Internet service providers or network administrators to block it. We are progressively releasing patches to make sure it is no longer blocked in your network.

In the mean time, we advise you to connect to our OpenVPN tunnels using the official OpenVPN client, or OpenVPN GUI. We have produced a complete tutorial on how to achieve this on Microsoft Windows 8, but the procedure is very similar on most OSes (we also have guides for other OSes). This tutorial is available by clicking this link. The procedure basically consists of installing OpenVPN GUI, placing the .ovpn and .crt files into the Config folder and launching the client to connect to the tunnels.

Using OpenVPN GUI corresponds exactly to the same thing as connecting through Safejumper. In fine, both are using the same library to connect, that is OpenVPN itself.
